Comment: Hi there. The hotel we used was unfortunately really poor. The air conditioning did not not work - it was filthy. After several attempts to have it looked at the hotel managemennt bought a fan - which didnt work properly and was full of dirt too. The parking on the other hand was absolutely excellent. We would use you but not the hotel again

Comment: Very disappointed that we had to wait 20 minutes for the return of the car and that the boot had thick bird pooooooooooo all over it. The staff should ensure that this sort of mess is cleaned before returning the car. If you have to park under trees you should accept responsibility for cleaning this very acidic mess.
