Virgin offers visas online
The airline has joined forces with visa and passport services provider CIBT. This means that travellers can secure travel visas to most countries, including China, India, Australia and Africa, through the Virgin's contact centre and Virginatlantic.com. The agreement covers visas, passports and other documents required for travel. If flying with Virgin book your airport parking as soon as possible to secure the widest choice of car parks or hotels if using a airport hotel parking package. The aim is to provide passengers with a smooth travel experience from the time of booking all the way through to them reaching at their destination. Meanwhile, business travellers flying Virgin Atlantic can now get up to £200 in John Lewis gift vouchers for each qualifying return flight taken before the end of November. Regular travellers taking five eligible return flights would receive £1,000 in vouchers. Travellers flying on fully-flexible Upper Class, Premium Economy or Economy tickets (in booking classes J, D, W or Y) will receive up to £100 each way depending on the class of cabin they travel in. Upper Class passengers receive a £100 gift voucher per flight; Premium Economy passengers a £50 gift voucher per flight; and Economy passengers a £25 gift voucher per flight. Travellers must join or be members of the Virgin Atlantic Flying Club and register for the promotion before taking their first qualifying flight.
