New Duty Free Shop opens at Edinburgh
Travel retailer World Duty Free (WDF) has opened a new store at Edinburgh airport following the completion of airport operator BAA’s new security area and departures lounge refurbishment, part of a £40m redevelopment project at the airport. The new outlet replaces the previous shop and has an increased floor space of 2,200 sq ft.
The open-plan store has a 40m shop front and features oversized contentainment screens on its exterior over the main entrance.
The new store has also introduced many new luxury products and a range of new brands, new to Edinburgh. These include leathergoods, jewellery from Pandora, Tom Ford fragrances, Chanel cosmetics and skincare from Sisley.
