Escape the crowds at Glasgow Airport.

Glasgow Airport is the busiest of Scotland's three main international airports, with over 86,000 air transport movements serving over 7.9 million passengers a year. It lies eight miles to the west of Glasgow city and is within easy reach of the rest of Scotland. Principal access is off junction 28 of the M8 motorway. Being one of the larger airports in the UK it can provide you with access to the top of the range car parking, lounges and hotels at Glasgow Airport.

It's not very relaxing sitting in a crowded airport terminal in the height of summer, especially if your flight has been delayed. Why not treat yourself to the quiet and relaxing comfort of a lounge normally reserved for business class passengers.? Complimentary tea, coffee, soft drinks and drinks from the bar are readily available.Champagne is charged per galss or bottle. Light snacks, magazines and newspapers are also free to passengers.

There are flight screens in each lounge, and staff may announce flight departures but this cannot be guaranteed.Consequently all passengers are responsible for ctching their own flights. Each lounge has been imaginatively designed using modern textures and colours and the use of natural light and natural materials provides a soothing environment where you can catch up on sleep, work, have a drink or just catch up with the news - it's your choice.

Disabled access may vary in some locations, please check your individual requirements prior to booking.  Lounges located after Passport Control are not suitable for passengers on domestic flights unless stated otherwise.  For security reasons if you need to leave the lounge, you must take any luggage with you even if you plan on returning at a later time.
Lounges have a smart casual dress code and expect reasonable behaviour from guests. Lounge staff reserve the right to refuse admission.

Passengers may arrive at the lounge up to 3 hours before their flight time. Entry prior to this time will be at the discretion of the lounge staff.
In lounges which permit children they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Please check your airline ticket for advice on check-in times.

As a general guide, passengers flying from Glasgow Airport are advised of the following check-in times:

Domestic flights - 45 minutes to 1 hour before scheduled time of departure
European flights - 1 hour
Holiday charter flights - 2.5 to 3 hours prior to departure.

Here at Glasgow Airport Flypark offers Glasgow airport parking and Glasgow airport hotels, for all your Glasgow Airport Parking needs.

The airport is served with a range of transport options. Key bus routes have recently been upgraded to improve service quality and frequency. There are frequent rail connections to Glasgow and the Ayrshire Coast from Paisley Gilmour Street station.
