Loganair launches flights to Cardiff from Aberdeen ,and Birmingham from Dundee.

The airline will begin a new timetable between Aberdeen and Kirkwall, promising passengers the availability of more seats during busy periods. Jonathan Hinkles, Loganair's commercial director, said that the release of the summer schedule will allow holidaymakers to book their summer travel plans well in advance.
"We're delighted to be announcing several important developments for our route network, designed to ensure that we continue to provide convenient schedules and extra seats at peak times on our key routes," he commented. The carrier will begin more direct services to Stornoway from Edinburgh, while increased flights to Kirkwall and Sumburgh will commence from the Scottish capital. During the recent half term holiday, Loganair operated additional flights to Shetland from Glasgow in order to meet increased demand British regional airline Flybe announced on Tuesday that its franchise carrier Loganair has released its summer 2010 schedule and placed more than 300,000 seats on sale.
Customers can now book seats on Flybe's website for Loganair's flights throughout the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and on routes from Aberdeen to Cardiff, Dundee to Birmingham and Belfast City and the Isle of Man to Edinburgh and Glasgow until 5 September 2010.
