Ryanair Opens New Lounge at Stansted Airport.

A brand new airport lounge has just opened, as of January 29th, for passengers flying with Ryanair out of  Stansted Airport. The “No. 1 Traveler” lounge will cost £17.50 per visit per visit, and provides a bistro, fully tendered bar and business facilities such as printing, fax and scanning are available.

The lounge itself can seat up to 50 people and also offers free UK  land line calls, free wi-fi internet access, newspapers, magazines, board games and  televisions .

The lounge is located opposite Gate 49 on Satellite 3 where the majority of  Ryanair’s international flights depart from.

No. 1 Traveler is owned by former theater producer Phil Cameron.Commenting on the opening of his second lounge at the airport (the first at Gatwick Airport), Mr Cameron went on to say that as low cost travel often puts pressure on the passenger to arrive in good time , his lounges offered discerning travellers the opportunity to relax , and enjoy the facilities on offer after check-in.

No. 1 Traveler first launched its very first lounge at New York’s JFK International airport back in 2007. It went on to enter into the UK market with a lounge in Gatwick Airport which opened in April of last year. Since then this name has been growing all over the UK and continues to do so with the opening of this new lounge.

Mr Cameron plans to extend the lounge service to over sixty per cent of the UK travel market over the next 18 months.Later in the month No 1 Traveller will be launching a new service aimed at companies and individual travellers, which will offer airport concierge services, access to the lounges and chauffered airport services.
