Arrival Procedures
Please call 07970 906031 ten minutes before you arrive at the airport. Drive to the Drop and Go car park, take a ticket from the barrier and park in the bay near to the tall lamp post located in the centre of the Car Park where you will be met by a Meteor driver.

Departure Procedures
After collecting your luggage and clearing customs, call 07970 906031. Return to the Drop and Go car park by the tall lamp post to collect your car.

Directions
Drive to the Drop and Go car park , take a ticket from the barrier and park in the bay near to the tall lamp post located in the centre of the car park where you will be met by a Meteor driver.

Disabled Facilities
Meteor Meet and Greet is a suitable service which can be used by disabled customers.

Maximum Car Size
No mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked.

Insurance
Chauffeurs are comprehensively insured to drive your car. Cars are stored at Airparks Birmingham, subject to their terms and conditions. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the manufacturer's specification in any way can be refused in accordance with clause 6 of our Terms and Conditions.

Car valet/cleaning service and servicing bookable direct with Meteor Meet And Greet subject to availability. Terminals 1 & 2 - Please call 07970 906031 ten minutes before you arrive at the airport. Drive to the Drop and Go Short Stay car park. Take the third entrance and park by the shelter.

Other Useful Information
Meteor Meet And Greet are unable to accept mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers or high-sided vehicles at Birmingham. Cars are stored five miles away. Please call 01883 340089 from outside the UK if you have any problems whilst on your holiday. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car parks standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
