Airport Parking at East Midlands

Is located just past the entrance to the airport. Transfers to the terminal take only 5 minutes and operate day and night.

Transfers
Transfers operate every 20 minutes, 24 hours a day. You should normally allow 40 minutes to check in and transfer to the airport. During the morning and afternoon busy periods you should allow more time to compensate for traffic delays. Additional time may be needed if Donington Park is holding a major event. Arrival Procedures
To get to Airparks East Midlands turn into Donington Park, go through the security gate and Airparks is located 180 metres on the left (signposted). Upon your arrival at Airparks, enter the site through the barrier and drive to the end of the marked arrival lanes. Go to reception and hand in your printed confirmation (or quote booking reference) and your car keys and your car will be parked for you whilst you transfer to the terminal. Your car will be checked by our staff and timed digital photographs will be taken of any marks or damage.
Departure Procedures
On return, simply wait where you were dropped off and our 20 minute bus service will transfer you back to the car park.

Please note, the post code, (DE74 2RP) supplied for Sat Navs lights turn left. After 120m turn left into Donnington Park, go through the security gate and Airparks is situated 180m on the left. Full directions are given with your confirmation.

All the Airparks buses have access for disabled passengers.

Maximum Car Size
Please note this car park cannot accept bookings for minibuses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, lorries, caravans or trailers, even if multiple spaces are booked. There is a maximum height limit on all vehicles of 2.10m (7 feet).

Other Useful Information
Airparks is unable to carry bikes, surfboards, canoes or other large objects that will not fit into the luggage racks on its buses. If you are bringing large items with you we suggest you drop them off at the airport before parking your car. Remember to check beforehand that your airline will accept them for carriage.
