Arrival Procedures
On entry at the car park please take a ticket at the barrier and park your car. Please take your entry ticket and booking confirmation with you, as you will require this before you depart the airport terminal on your return. Proceed to a courtesy bus stop to transfer to the terminal building (this takes approximately five minutes). Departure Procedures
On return to the airport proceed to the car park enquiries office (situated in the Short stay car park) and present your entry ticket and booking confirmation. Your ticket will be validated and you should then return to the car park, and your vehicle, via the courtesy transfer bus. Drive your vehicle to the exit barrier and enter your validated ticket to gain exit from the car park. Alternatively, return to your car and drive to the barrier. Press the button on the barrier machine. When the attendant responds, please quote your booking reference and car registration. The barrier will then be opened for you to exit.

Directions
From the North leave the M1 at Junction 24 and, following the signs to the airport, take the A453 for approximately 1/2 mile. Turn right into the airport. From the South leave the M1 at Junction 23a and follow the signs to the airport.
From the West follow A50 to J24 then follow the signs to East Midlands airport.
Upon your arrival at the airport , Long stay car parks are clearly signposted but entering the site at the main entrance , turn left at the first roundabout traffic island and following the road until the next roundabout. Proceed straight on, reaching a third roundabout. Turn left and at the next roundabout turn left again. At the fifth roundabout, turn right into Car park 6.

 

Disabled Facilities
Blue badge holders may pre-book this long stay product and park in the short stay car park instead where dedicated spaces are available. Please ensure that your blue badge is clearly displayed and upon your return state that you have parked in the Short stay car park when you present your entry ticket and booking confirmation to the Car park enquiries office (situated in the Short stay car park)

Maximum Car Size
No motor homes, lorries, trailers or caravans are permitted even if multiple spaces are booked

The airport is insured for damage caused by their own negligence but will not normally accept responsibility for the acts of a third party. Full details are available from the car park on request.
