Arrival Procedures
When you arrive, please proceed to the reception area with your booking confirmation to check-in your vehicle. Your car keys will then be retained by a member of the Prestige staff and you will be provided with a receipt for your car. You can then head to the terminal on foot. There is no need for a transfer.

Departure Procedures
Proceed with your luggage to the Prestige building reception area with your receipt and some identification (e.g. your passport) to reclaim your vehicle.

Directions
From the North:Leave the M1 at J24, follow signs for East Midlands airport. Take the A453 for approximately 0.5 miles and then turn right into the airport.
From the South: Leave the M1 at J23a and follow the signs for the airport.
From the West: Follow the A50 and exit for M1(J24) then follow the signs to the airport.
Upon arrival at the airport after the traffic lights turn left at the first traffic island, then straight over the next two islands. Take the first turn on the right onto Dove Road, which terminates at the Prestige building.
Do NOT turn into the car park with a barrier or you may be charged twice.

This car park no longer provides indoor parking only. Indoor parking is on a first come first served basis, all other parking is outdoors.
If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extra on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate
