Terminal Information
Both check in and arrivals are on the ground floor where you will find the airline check in desks. Trolleys are available at this point.
Domestic flight check in times Gatwick or Heathrow for example are 1 hour whilst international flights are 2 or 3 hours. However, you should always refer to your tickets for any amendments to this norm, because of the increased time required to take you through security some airlines are now requesting a three hour check in

The tourist information desk is located in the international arrivals hall.
Left Luggage/Property Desk is located between check in and arrivals and is open 7 days a week 0500 to 2300.
Baby care rooms are sited next to toilet facilities in the UK arrivals hall and in the departure lounge.
Cash Dispensers are to be found both before and after security.
