Security

Your car will be parked in the Fly Parks secured compound for the duration of your trip. The car park is protected by security fencing, CCTV cameras and is manned 24 hours a day.

Arrival Procedure

When your approximately 20 minutes away from the terminal, ring Flyparks to inform them and you will be met at the airport by a competent member of staff

Departure Procedures

On your return once you have cleared customs, call 07912 944 527 to let the drivers know you are ready and your car will be returned to you at the short stay car park for immediate departure.

Insurance

All cars parked or stored with Fly Parks Ltd will be on a proven direct negligence basis. Any loss or damage claims for vehicles must be made prior to the vehicle being handed over by Fly Parks. All vehicles will only be driven by qualified drivers and under Fly Park's specialist road risk insurance. Fly Parks accept no liability for non-starting vehicles in the event that the vehicle exhausts its fuel supply, Fly Park will supply 4.55 litres of the correct type and grade of fuel at a charge of 10.00 pounds. Fly Park's accept no liability for mechanical failure of the vehicle.

Other Useful Information

Please note this is a Meet and Greet service. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate. Your car is parked three miles away from the airport.
