Arrival Instructions
Your arrival time can be amended and to ensure you are met on time you are asked to telephone 07801 142165 or 01293 776447 15 minutes before you estimate you will arrive at the agreed meeting place. If you are running late, please advise accordingly. The driver will quickly inspect your vehicle and ask you to sign the form. Your car will then be driven to a secure compound.

Upon your Return
Once you have your bags call 07801 142165 or 01293 776447 and go to the same point where you were met on arrivals.

Security Measures and Insurance
The compound to which your car is taken is fully fenced and manned 24 hours a day with patrols at night. Parking though is at your own risk. Maple Manor have road risk insurance to cover transfers and will be liable for any damage by their operatives. All claims must be made at the hand over at arrivals.
