Airparks (All terminals)
Arrival Procedures
On arrival at Gatwick Airparks keep to the left hand lane and drive through the automatic barrier. Park your vehicle in one of the arrivals bays, remembering your lane number. Once at reception present them with your booking confirmation (or quote your booking reference) and car and flight details.
Place your car keys in the red key box, with corresponding lane number, before catching the bus to your terminal. The bus leaves from the reception area and calls at both terminals.
Departure Procedures
From the South terminal, proceed to bus stop 13 or from the North terminal, go to bus stop 5 and wait for the Airparks bus. Once you return to Gatwick Airparks have your vehicle receipt ready for arrival at reception and collection of your car.

Directions
From the M23 Junction 9:
Exit the motorway and follow signs for Gatwick Airport. At the motorway roundabout with traffic lights take the second exit and head towards the airport. At the next roundabout go straight over towards the north terminal. At the next roundabout take the fourth exit heading right toward Crawley, Redhill, the A23. Join the dual carriageway until you reach another roundabout. Once you reach the Longbridge roundabout take fourth exit and head back on yourself, signposted A23(M23) Gatwick, Brighton & Crawley. At the first roundabout go straight over, staying on the A23 southbound. At the second roundabout take the second exit onto the Old Brighton Road South, signposted for Lowfield Heath/Charlwood. Go 200 yards to mini roundabout, turn left into Charlwood Rd. Airparks is 1.5 miles ahead on the right hand side.
From the M23 Junction 10:
Take third exit signposted Crawley(A2011). At first roundabout take third exit signposted A2011 for Horsham. At next roundabout with traffic lights take fourth exit Redhill/Gatwick A23 Northbound. Stay on A23 northbound, at next roundabout go straight over following signs to Gatwick. At next roundabout take 1st exit Lowfield Heath/Crawley. Go 200 yards to mini roundabout, turn left. Airparks is 1.5 miles on right hand side.
If travelling a long distance consider Gatwick Hotels with parking to arrive fresher.
Disabled Facilities
All buses are fully DDA compliant and are suitable for wheelchair use. Assistance with your luggage is available if required from the bus driver.
Important Information
Airparks are unable to carry bikes, surfboards, canoes or other large objects which do not fit onto luggage racks on their buses. If you are bringing large items with you, we suggest you drop them off at the airport before parking or take advantage of the Airparks Meet and Greet service.
