Arrival Procedures
Proceed toward departures staying in the far right lane, the Valet office is situated at the end of this lane with five parking spaces reserved. Park here and report to the office where you will be booked in and a damage check undertaken. From here the departure area is a two minute walk. If you need to contact us on the day of departure, please call 0207 510 1633.

Departure Procedures
Clear customs call 0207 510 1635. Follow signs through the exit doors and your car will be in the lane adjacent to the bus stops.

Reception is located at the Terminal.

Directions
Terminal 3 [b]- Exit the M4 at junction 4 following signs at the roundabout for Heathrow. Take the airport spur road to the end (junction 4a) and continue straight through the tunnel to the first set of lights and then follow signs for terminal 3 departures.

This service is suitable for disabled clients. Please mention when confirming.

Maximum Car Size
No lorries, mobile homes or caravans are permitted to use this service.

There are no out of hours supplements. Limited times may be available on certain bank holidays, LHR will notify of these on re-confirmation. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the manufacturer's specification in any way can be refused in accordance with the storage area terms and conditions. First outbound at 05:00 on a daily basis. Customers will not be met before this time.
