Arrival Procedures
The following instructions are very important so please take the time to familiarise yourself with them before you travel. Upon arrival at Business Parking (Park & Fly), please don’t take a ticket. At the entry barrier simply insert the credit or debit card used to make your booking. Your card will be recognised and the barrier will raise to let you in. If your card is not recognized, please do not insert a different card, simply take a ticket. On your return see departure procedure below.

Departure Procedures
On your return proceed to bus stop six and await transfer bus back to car park. Use the same credit or debit card at the exit barrier to get out of the car park. Please be aware that the usage of a different credit or debit card will result in a double charge. If you took a ticket on arrival simply present your ticket along with your reference number at the reception located at the car park exit.

Directions
FROM M25: Take Junction 14 on to the A3113 and follow signs to terminal 4, and terminal 4 Business Car Park. Business Parking (co-branded Park and Fly) is located on your right just before Terminal 4. FROM London, Westbound A4, join A30 and follow signs to Terminal 4. Take first left at the Hilton Hotel and take first left to Business Parking.



Minimum Charge
3 days if staying over the weekend, otherwise 6 days .

Maximum Car Size
There is no height restrictions, although the largest vehicle they can accommodate is a transit van or a 16 seater minibus. Please note if a vehicle takes more than one space the car park may charge for 2 spaces. No commercial vehicle allowed.

Insurance
Parking is at owner's own risk and is subject to the terms and conditions of the car park.

Other Useful Information
Please also note that your booking cannot be amended within 1 day of your arrival. Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
