Transfers to terminal 4 take three minutes. They run every five to seven minutes between 5am and 11pm. Outside these times, transfers are available on demand. Transfers are included in the price.

Arrival Procedures
The following instructions are very important so please take the time to familiarise yourself with them before you travel. Upon arrival at Long Stay Terminal 4, please don’t take a ticket. At the entry barrier simply insert the credit or debit card used to make your booking. Your card will be recognised and the barrier will raise to let you in. If your card is not recognized, please do not insert a different card, simply take a ticket. On your return see departure procedure below

Departure Procedures
On your return proceed to bus stop six and await transfer bus back to car park. Use the same credit or debit card at the exit barrier to get out of the car park. Please be aware that the usage of a different credit or debit card will result in a double charge. If you took a ticket on arrival simply present your ticket along with your reference number at the reception located at the car park exit.

Directions
FROM M25: Take Junction 14 on to the A3113 and follow signs to terminal 4, and terminal 4 Long Stay. Long Stay (co-branded Business Parking Park and Fly) is located on your right just before Terminal 4. FROM London, Westbound A4, join A30 and follow signs to Terminal 4. Take first left at the Hilton Hotel and take first left to Long Stay.

Security Measures
The car park has barrier control, CCTV and holds the AA/Police Gold Award for security. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

Minimum Charge
3 days if staying over the weekend, otherwise 6 days.

Maximum Car Size
There is no height restrictions, although the largest vehicle they can accommodate is a transit van or a 16 seater minibus. Please note if a vehicle takes more than one space the car park may charge for 2 spaces. No commercial vehicle allowed.

Insurance
Parking is at owner's own risk and is subject to the terms and conditions of the car park.

Other Useful Information
Please also note that your booking cannot be amended within 1 day of your arrival. Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate

Security
It holds the AA/Police Gold Award - the highest security award a car park can achieve - as well as the Park Mark. But while those who shouldn't be there are kept firmly away, access couldn't be easier for the car park's customers - it's just three minutes from the terminal.
