Arrival Procedures
On arrival please follow the signs for check in and proceed through the car scanner area. You will then be directed into the arrivals area by one of Quality Airport Parking hosts. Please take your belongings out of your car and go to our reception facility to check in and handover your keys in return for your vehicle return voucher. Mileage and petrol checks will be completed on your vehicle before it is moved to the main compound. A courtesy bus will then take you and your passengers to the terminals.



Departure Procedures
On return, when you have cleared customs call 0208 754 9222 giving your name and voucher number. Instructions will be given informing you of the bus stop number and it's location so you can return to the car park. At the car park your keys will be handed back to you on production of your vehicle return voucher. Your car will be waiting for you in the returns area.

Directions

Heathrow Quality Airport Parking is easily accessable from the M4. If you're traveling a long distance you'll need to join the M25 before joining the M4. Here is how to get to the M4 via the M25;

  • From the North : Get on the M25 from the M40 (Birmingham, Midlands), the M1 or the A1 from the North East. On the M25 head westbound (for Heathrow and Gatwick) until you reach junction 15.
  • From the West: Join the M4 and continue to Heathrow. If you're coming from the southwest then join the M3 in the London direction and then join the M25 northbound for Heathrow. Leave at junction 15 and join the M4 heading for London and Heathrow.
  • From the South: Join the A23 north towards M23 and London. Take the M23 and continue until you reach the M25. Go west on the M25 heading for Heathrow. From the southeast take the M20 for London. At junction three join the M26 sign-posted for Heathrow and Gatwick. Join the M25 at junction five. Come off the M25 at junction 15 and join the M4 sign-posted for Heathrow and London.
  • From the East: Take the M25 via the A13 (Essex), or the M11. Head southbound for Dartford. Continue on the M25 to junction 15. Come off the M25 at junction 15 onto the M4 heading for Heathrow and London.

From the M4

Leave the M4 at junction three and follow the A312 towards Hounslow/Feltham. At the Jolly Waggoners roundabout turn right onto A4 (Bath Road) towards Heathrow terminals one,two and three. Quality Airport Parking, London Heathrow is approximately one mile along the A4 on the left.(Next door to the Premier Travel Inn hotel).

Security fencing, lighting, CCTV, controlled access barriers and 24 hour security patrols. This car park has been awarded the Park Mark for safer parking. The Park Mark means that you are parking in an area that has been vetted by the police to make sure that the site has had measures put in place to create a safe environment. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

The car park does not accept transit vans or minibuses. Height restriction at this car park of 2.15 metres, Which includes roof racks and roof boxes.

Insurance
Parking is always at the owner's own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of the car park which are available at reception. A condition report is carried out on all vehicles on arrival.

Other Useful Information
Quality Airport Parking is unable to carry skis, snowboards or bikes on their minibuses. You park at your own risk. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. Please note: No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate
