Transfers operate 24-hours-a-day to Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Transfers run every 10 minutes, taking approximately 15 minutes to reach the terminal. They operate between 4.45am and 11.45pm, outside these hours transfers are available on-request.

Arrival Procedures

On arrival, take a ticket from the barrier and proceed to the signposted area, park in an available space and go to the nearest bus stop for a transfer.

Departure Procedures

To transfer to the car park go to the Long Stay Courtesy Coach Pick up point at Terminal 1 - 2 to catch the Parking Express bus. For terminal 3 passengers should go to bus stop 17. On returning to your car, drive to customer services and park. Hand over your printed confirmation (or quote your booking reference) and entry ticket in exchange for an exit ticket.

Exit the M4 at junction 4 following the signs for Heathrow airport. Then follow the signs for the Long Term Parking, which takes you to the Northern Perimeter Road. Further signs will direct you to Parking Express. From the M25 follow signs for Heathrow airport. Then follow signs for the Long term parking, which takes you to the Northern Perimeter Road. Further signs direct you to Parking Express.

There are no height restrictions, although the largest vehicle they can accommodate is a transit van or a 16 seater minibus. Please note if a vehicle takes more than one space the car park may charge for two spaces.

Other Useful Information
Please note that your booking cannot be amended within one day of your arrival. It is the official long term parking for Heathrow Airport. Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate.
