Arrival Procedures
On entry, keep to the right hand side. Follow the orange road markings to the right and back around to the Long Stay Plus reception building. Park in open drop-off lanes and report to reception with your booking details.

Departure Procedures
Transfer buses stop outside the terminal on the ground floor. Buses for Long Stay Plus leave from bus stop 22. Between 11.30pm and 5.30am, please use the courtesy phone to request a pick-up. You should get off the bus at bus stop A and report to the Long Stay Plus reception with your booking and identification details. Your car will be ready for you in one of the nearby collection bays.

Directions
From the M4, leave the motorway at junction 4 and take M4 spur road towards Heathrow airport. Follow overhead signs for Business and Long Stay, keeping to the left. At Heathrow welcome island stay in second lane from left marked ‘Other Areas’. Turn left onto 'East Ramp' slip road, following signs towards Business (T5). Pass the police station and continue onto Nene roundabout and take the third exit signed Business (T5). At traffic signals turn right onto Northern Perimeter Road. Follow the dual carriageway through a traffic light junction, drive past the fire station on your right hand side and follow the road for a further 800 metres. The Long Stay car park entrance is on your left. From the M25, leave the motorway at junction 14 and follow signs for terminal 5 and Long Stay parking. At the terminal 5 roundabout, take the first exit (left into Wright Way). Follow the road through a traffic light junction, a roundabout and a further traffic light junction onto the Western Perimeter Road. After a further two mini roundabouts, past the T5 Business Car Park on the left, the entrance to Long Stay parking is on the right hand side.


Disabled Facilities
Parking bays for Blue Badge holders are situated in Zone A adjacent to Bus Stop A. Wheelchair access on courtesy coaches.

Insurance: the car park indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on its part and reported prior to leaving site.
