Your car is parked in the the Business Parking car park which holds the Park Mark award and is fully fenced and floodlit, with 24 hour patrols and CCTV. Park Mark awarded parking areas are run by responsible operators who are concerned with your safety and the safety of your vehicle.

The car park is a five-minute walk from check-in.

Arrival Procedures
Follow signs to departures past the short term car park. Take the second lane on the right. Drive to the far end and report to our reception which is on the right. Park as close as possible. There is no need to call the driver before you arrive at the airport. If you need to contact Heathrow Valet Parking on your day of departure, please call 0207 510 1635.

Departure Procedures
After you have cleared Customs, call 0207 510 1635. Come out of the exit doors, following the signs, and your car will be in the lane next to the bus stops.

Directions
Terminal 3[/b] - Exit M4 at J4 following signs for the roundabout for Heathrow. Take the airport spur road to the end (J4a) and continue straight through the tunnel to the first set of lights and then follow signs for Terminal 3 Departures. Follow signs to Departures past the Short-Term car park. Take 2nd lane on the right. Drive to the far end and our Reception is on the right. Park as close as possible. Disabled Facilities
Valet parking eliminates the need for transfer buses, so is a great choice for disabled customers who would find using them difficult.

Maximum Car Size
Trailers are not permitted. There is a height restrictions at Terminal 1 of 8 feet.

Insurance
The Valet Parking operator indemnifies customers for vehicle damage resulting from any proven act of negligence on the part of its staff.

There are 3 valeting options available. Transfers between Heathrow and Gatwick are also available. Please ask when re-confirming. Subject to availability

There are no out of hours supplements. Limited times may be available on certain bank holidays, Official Valet Parking will notify of these on re-confirmation. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the manufacturer's specification in any way can be refused in accordance with the car parks terms and conditions. First outbound at 05:00 on a daily basis. Customers will not be met before this time. Please note this car park does not operate between the hours of 00:00 and 05:00
