For travel to and from terminal 4 you must take the Heathrow Hoppa to either terminals 1, 2 or 3, then use the Heathrow Express train, which runs from approximately 05:00 - 23:45, to all 5 terminals, free of charge, every 15 minutes, taking around 7 minutes.
