Arrival Procedures
Proceed up the departure ramp and stay in the left hand lane, the Valet Parking office is located at the end of this slip-road on the left with a 30 bay parking area. Park here and report to the office where you will be booked in and a damage check of your vehicle will take place. The departure area is a two minute walk. Departure Procedures
Go up to departures, exit the building, down the ramp to reception where your car will be waiting.

Directions
Terminal 1 - Exit the M4 at junction 4 following signs on roundabout for Heathrow. Take the airport spur road to the end (junction 4a) and continue straight ahead through the tunnel to the first set of traffic lights and then follow the signs for terminal 1 departures. Proceed up ramp, staying in the left-hand lane. Our reception is branded valet parking.

There are no out of hours supplements. Limited times may be available on certain bank holidays, LHR will notify of these on re-confirmation. Please also note that cars that have been modified outside of the manufacturer's specification in any way can be refused in accordance with the storage area terms and conditions. First outbound at 05:00 on a daily basis. Customers will not be met before this time.
