Arrival Procedures
When you arrive at the car park leave your car outside reception, produce your booking confirmaion and hand your keys to a member of staff, you will be given a reciept which you will need when you arrive back at the car park, then board the transfer bus.

Departure Procedures
When you arrive back at Heathrow go to bus stop 5 for terminal 1 or bus stop 22 if your at terminal 3, once the transfer bus arrives you just need to show your reciept at reception, then you can be on your way home.
