Transfers
Transfers are not needed. You are met at the terminal when you leave, and when you return from holiday your car will be waiting for you in the short stay car park.

Departure Procedures
Follow signs to the short stay car park and then signs to fast track. Please call 01279 680095 when you arrive. You will be able to collect your keys from the short stay customer service building on the corner of the fast track car park.

Directions to Stansted NCP Valet Parking:

Stansted airport is easy to access from junction 8 of the M11 and then the A120.

The M11 can be accessed directly from the north east, or via the M25 from the south and west. If you are travelling from the Midlands or the north west, you can access the M25 via the M1 or the M6 and join the M11 at junction 27.

When you choose Stansted Official Valet Parking, your car will be picked up from the terminal. To reach the terminal from junction 8 of the M11, follow these directions:

Leave the motorway at junction 8 and take the A120, following signs for Stansted airport.

At the Priory Wood roundabout take the third exit.

Follow the A120 Thremhall Avenue, and get into the left hand lane.

Take the slip road signposted for the airport terminals.

At the Bassingbourn roundabout take the second exit.

When you arrive at the terminal forecourt, enter the set down lane. The valet parking drop-off point is in this lane at the far end of the terminal.

Disabled Facilities
No transfers are needed, so Stansted Official Valet Parking may be an excellent alternative for disabled customers who would find it difficult to use transfer buses. Your car is collected from the terminal when you leave, and brought back to the short stay car park when you return.

Other Useful Information
Stansted Official Valet Parking is available 24 hours a day, but should be booked at least two days in advance. Parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours, starting from the time when you arrive at the car park. If you stay for more days than you booked, you will be charged for the extra days at the car park's standard daily rate. If you stay for fewer days than you booked, you will not be given a refund.
