What happens after booking

 

When you book online you will immediately receive an email confirmation containing a pre- paid voucher for the airport car park or airport hotel you have chosen. If this is not received within 10 minutes, please telephone 0871 360 2443 giving your email and name and selection. Sometimes either our server or your receiving server may be temporarily down.

 

You will also receive directions to the car park and a google map. Please ensure you print these details for your journey and the confirmation of payment and bring them to the car park. If booking by telephone these details will be posted to you or if a response is required at short notice by email or fax.

 

Details of the car park location can also be obtained online by going to the car park you have chosen on the quote page and pressing on the information button, which appears alongside.

 

Having located the car park or hotel, please go to reception where you will be given instructions for your transfer to the airport and what to do upon your return.
