Arrival Procedures
On arrival at the car park, check in at reception. You will be required to provide a copy of your booking confirmation. A courtesy shuttle service will transfer you to your departure terminal. Please note: Passengers traveling to and from terminal three will not be able to get picked up from terminal three on their return. Customers should proceed to terminal two for a transfer back to the car park. Gates are shut between midnight and 4am, please ring the bell for assistance. Please note that during busy periods the car park may take your keys and park your car for you.

Departure Procedures
You will be given full details on how to return to the car park when you arrive back at the airport after your trip.

Please note: Passengers traveling to and from terminal five WILL NOT be able to get a direct transfer until after 6 April 2009. Transfers will only run to terminal four until 6 April 2009. Before 6 April 2009 customers that require a transfer to terminal five can transfer to terminal four and board the Heathrow Express shuttle to terminal five.

Please note that parking charges are calculated in periods of 24 hours from the time you arrive at the car park until the time you depart. If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park’s standard daily rate. No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate

Directions

Heathrow Economy Parking is just off junction 14 of the M25. These directions will tell you how to get to the junction and then where to go from there.

How to get to Junction 14 of the M25

  • From the North : Join the M25 from the M40 motorway (Birmingham, Midlands), the M1 or the A1 if you’re coming from the North East. On the M25 go westbound heading for Heathrow and Gatwick until junction 14.
  • From the West: Join the M4 motorway, and join the M25 heading south towards Heathrow/Gatwick. Stay for one junction and come off at junction 14. If you’re coming from the southwest then join the M3 heading for London and then join the M25 northbound for Heathrow. Leave at junction 14.
  • From the South: From the Brighton direction take the A23 north for the M23 and London. Join the M23 and continue until you reach the M25. Take the M25 west in the Heathrow direction. From the southeast take the M20 towards London. At junction 3 take the M26 signposted for Heathrow and Gatwick. Join the M25 at junction 5 until junction 14.
  • From the East: Join the M25 from the A13, or the M11. Head southbound signposted for Dartford. Continue on the M25 to junction 14.

From Junction 14 of the M25

  • Leave the M25 at junction 14.
  • Follow the signs for terminal 4 and Cargo, continue along the A3113 ‘Airport way’ dual carriageway.
  • At the first roundabout turn left and then take the first left into Spout Lane North.
  • The car park is situated 150 yards along the road on the right hand side where the entrance is signposted.
